Delivery
We offer convenient delivery via "Nova Poshta":
- Delivery to the branch in Kyiv - 40 UAH.
- Delivery by courier to an address within Ukraine - 90 UAH.
- Delivery to a branch in Ukraine - from 60 to 80 UAH depending on the city.
Payment
Possible payment methods:
- Cashless payment via the website: LiqPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay without commission.
- Transfer by details to IBAN account.
- Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) without prepayment: commission is 20 UAH plus 2% of the order amount.
Features of cash on delivery
When using cash on delivery, you have the advantage of inspecting the earrings directly at the post office before paying. This gives you the opportunity to verify the quality of the product before purchasing.
Additional information
After sending the goods from the warehouse, you will receive an SMS notification from "Nova Poshta" about the arrival of the order. To receive the order, you must present your passport. Orders are stored at the post office for no more than 5 working days, after which they are returned back. Orders that are not picked up on time entail the inclusion of the buyer in the black list, excluding the possibility of subsequent orders with cash on delivery.
