Exchange and return of goods in the online store Inyou

In our online store we offer high quality products, and we hope that you will be completely satisfied with them. However, if the purchased products do not meet your expectations or needs, you have the opportunity to exchange or return them in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Please note that according to the law, jewelry and costume jewelry are not subject to return, but we only allow this under certain circumstances, for example, if the product does not match in size or style. Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they:

• damaged or have manufacturing defects (check upon receipt);
• have been altered or modified;
• have already been used;
• made to order;
• have lost their qualities due to use or exposure to external factors.

Also please note that you only have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange or return your item.

How to make an exchange or return: If you want to return or exchange goods from our online store, you can do so with the original tag and receipt, which proves the purchase, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned goods will be sent for examination (up to 10 days), after which, if their condition is confirmed, you will receive a refund or a new product. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please leave a request via the "Feedback" function on our website or call the numbers provided to discuss the details with our manager. Items for return or exchange should be sent to our company address via courier service or Nova Poshta.
