A transverse lobe runs across the earlobe rather than through it: the bar enters at one edge and exits at the other, so both balls show from the front. 6 models in stock.

An ordinary lobe piercing crosses 2–3 mm of tissue; this one runs the whole width of the lobe. The length of the channel is what makes it harder.

A straight 1.2 mm barbell at 16–20 mm, measured to your own lobe.

| Bar length | 10 mm — 6 models, 6 mm — 6 models, 8 mm — 6 models, 25 mm — 1 model. A longer bar is needed while the swelling lasts, a shorter one — for a healed piercing. |
