Cluster-top labrets
A cluster top is an arc of stones instead of a ball — largest in the middle, tapering to the sides, so it reads as a small trail rather than a single dot.

Most often in the helix and flat, where the arc follows the edge of the cartilage, and in the upper lip.
Size and threading
1.2 mm gauge, 6–8 mm post, always internally threaded so no thread passes through the channel.
Versus a plain labret
Only the top differs — a cluster top fits any internally threaded labret of the same gauge.

| Material | 316L steel — 6 models. Cheaper, corrosion-resistant, suitable for a healed piercing. For the first jewellery titanium is the better choice. |

| Bar length | 6 mm — 7 models, 8 mm — 2 models. A longer bar is needed while the swelling lasts, a shorter one — for a healed piercing. |
